Travel documents will be sent to you at least two weeks before departure, but cannot be released until we have cleared full payment from you for your booking. Travel documents will not be sent out for any bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. You will be instructed as to where you will pick up your travel documents upon arrival. Either way all bookings will be confirmed via email and you will be encouraged to print these out and bring them with you on your trip. Documents for Online Bookings will be dispatched by courier or registered mail. We do not accept responsibility for documents mislaid or lost. If your documents become lost or stolen, it will be necessary for you to contact us using the form on this site or by calling our toll free number at 1-877-396-2244. You will be responsible for paying any fees (including administration fees), losses and/or expenses incurred in respect of the reissue of lost or stolen documents.
