DAY ONE
Check in at Tobermory Lodge & Motel in Tobermory or if you prefer a Bed & Breakfast, that can be arranged too (Cedars & Birches B&B or Haran Point B&B).
DAY TWO
Breakfast at the Motel restaurant.
Pack a lunch and head off to Bruce Peninsula National Park & Fathom Five National Park (open where you can spend part of your day visiting the Discovery Centre, view a virtual adventure in the theatre, climb the 65’ viewing tower for breathtaking pictues of the Bruce, visit the souvenir shop, don’t forget to check out the exhibits in the gallery or hike the world famous Bruce Trail, which runs past the visitor centre to the scenic coves on Georgian Bay.
Enjoy your packed lunch or stop at one of the many restaurants
If you want more to do today, take a tour on the Blue Heron glass bottom boat and explore Flowerpot Island and view the shipwrecks along the way. On your return, have a snack at Beaver Tails, the pastry is to die for. (inquire for costs).
Dinner is your choice and on your own - Leeside Restaurant and Patio Bar, or Lighthouse Restaurant & Tavern or Stone Orchid Restaurant, or Crow’s Nest Pub & Deli (your choice is endless).
DAY THREE
Enjoy Breakfast at Leeside Restaurant and Patio Bar overlooking the Ferry Dock.
Onto Cyprus Lake and The Grotto: ($11.70/car daily pass) Once in the Grotto you will see a fantastic under water cave that goes to Georgian Bay. On many weekends you will see scuba divers swimming through it. A very, very good swimmer can make it through. If you go from the inside, out to Georgian Bay there will be light to guide you. There is a small hole that will lead you the back way down into the Grotto and is an easier climb. It can be found close to the wooden steps. Bring your swimsuit and enjoy the day swimming, snorkelling, diving, canoe or kayaking.
Lunch on your own.
Browse through the unique stores that are in the Little Tub Harbour, hidden treasures will abound you.
Dinner is your choice and on your own - Leeside Restaurant and Patio Bar or the Lighthouse Restaurant & Tavern for dinner or the Stone Orchid Restaurant, Crow’s Nest Pub & Deli or maybe you just want to head back to your Motel and enjoy the food at the Restaurant there. (your choice is endless).
DAY FOUR
Breakfast at the Lighthouse Restaurant & Tavern before leaving Tobermory.
Before heading home, stop a few kilometres down the road into the Indian Carver to see his collection of unique gifts and souvenirs.
